I’m taking C-1000 and Silymarin from NOW FOODS for my liver and immune health. This brand costs less and offers higher doses than others. After a month, I noticed increased energy levels and improved bowel movements, confirming the quality. Although the capsules are a bit large to swallow, it’s not a significant issue for me.
